We have developed our Exit Ready Program that is tailored to each indivilual business situation and owner circumstances.
First we assess your business for Exit Readiness using Exit Ready Assessment. This will evaluate your current state and make recommendations to improve valuation, reduce buyer risk, and identify your ideal buyer.
We then work hands on to guide and support you to prepare for sale.
Once the business is ready, we position your business in front of qualified private buyers that match the ideal buyer persona. Again, guiding you through all stages of the deal process to achieve a successful outcome.
No, but this is optional. Based on the assessment of your business and timeframe to exit, a trusted broker introduction may assist the sale process.
There are many ways to value a business. Our qualified client businesses are typically valued on a multiplication of EBIT or EBITDA. We will provide valuation guidance during our Exit Ready Assessment on a before and after basis.
Our application process is designed to select businesses that fit our strategic approach. Businesses who benefit the most from our Exit Ready Program have revenues of $2M+ per annum. We will consider other businesses on a case by case basis.
